Breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a wonderful selection and a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The check-in process was a bit slow and confusing, with long lines even for those who had pre-booked. the parking situation was a bit of a hassle, as parking on the street ended up being quite costly.

I really enjoyed this deluxe hotel because of its magnificent location and AMAZING staff. the idea to include a microwave, electric kettle, and a fridge in the double room was nice. - the airport was only 0.5 miles away, which was very convenient.

The bathrooms are quite small.

The hotel's staff were great all the time. The location was marvellous for Hollywood, just off park and the boardwalk and the beach. Again, I walked to see a timey waterfront park.

My stay at this beachfront hostel was a pleasant experience. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their assistance during my stay. The location of the hostel was excellent, as it was just a short walk to the beach. The room, although the king-size bed was a bit smaller than expected, was comfortable and clean. I had a positive experience at Palms and would not hesitate to stay there again.
