    decent room, convenient location, clean facilities

    Unexpected fees for parking really sour the experience!!! Discovering the check-in process was convoluted and the rude clerk didn't help at all. Plus, the hidden fees.

    The staff are pleasant and great, managed the parking on-site. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson.

    The bathrooms are quite small.

    The staff were amazing and very very helpful day and night. The room was large and exceptionally nice and included a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Overlooked courtyard.

    Amazing Room and Free Breakfast!

    The studio we got was really nice, way better than the other hotel. Free breakfast was awesome, filled up on bananas and cinnamon rolls every morning. The only bummer was figuring out parking. Would've liked clearer info on that. But overall, super comfy stay!

    The hotel had a fantastic pool area that my family enjoyed . We also visited the nearby Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino, just a short drive away-perfect for a little evening fun with my husband.

    My kids wished for a better parking situation, as it seemed complicated and not family-friendly.

    A Mixed Bag Experience but Room for Improvement

    We enjoyed the clean Superior King Room, but had trouble with the front desk staff. The breakfast lady was overly strict about coffee cups, and my girlfriend faced rudeness when asking for another napkin. Consider your dining options outside for a more pleasant experience.
